How do I get a free quote?

On the home page choose Photo upload · free quote in 30s, upload a photo and your address. You'll get a reference price, then you can submit the job for a pro to claim.

When do I pay?

Some jobs require a deposit to hold the slot; the balance is paid after the pro confirms scope on site. All payments go through the platform for your protection.

How do I contact my pro?

After a pro claims your job, use the Messages tab or order details to chat in-app. For privacy, real phone numbers are not shown to either party.

What insurance or coverage is included?

When a verified pro accepts your job through Opa Pro, we may include a complimentary GL coverage certificate for that visit. Claims are handled by the insurer. You hire the pro directly — Opa Pro does not guarantee workmanship.

Can I cancel an order?

Cancellation is usually free before the pro is en route. Once travel or work has started, fees may apply. Email support and we'll review your order status.
