1. Who we are
Opa Pro (尚好师傅) is operated by Summit Home Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”, “Platform”). By using opapro.com or our apps, you agree to these Terms.
2. What we provide
We connect homeowners with independent home-repair professionals. We provide AI-assisted photo estimates, job posting, optional deposit collection, and platform support tools.
Independent technicians are not our employees. They are responsible for their own work, licensing, insurance, and compliance with local laws.
3. AI estimates are not final prices
AI quotes are preliminary estimates based on photos and your description. Final price, scope, and timeline are confirmed only after an on-site inspection by the assigned professional.
Do not treat an AI quote as a guaranteed fixed price unless clearly labeled as a fixed-price plan and confirmed in writing after inspection.
4. Orders, deposits, and payment
When you submit a job, you authorize us to share job details (including photos, description, and contact information) with matched professionals.
Some jobs may require a refundable or applicable deposit processed by Stripe. Deposits, balances, refunds, and disputes are handled according to the checkout terms shown at payment and applicable law.
You agree to provide accurate contact and property information.
5. Cancellations and no-shows
You may cancel before a professional is dispatched subject to any deposit policy shown at checkout. Repeated no-shows or abuse may result in account restrictions.
6. Platform insurance, warranty, and in-app payment
Commercial insurance and after-sales warranty apply only to orders paid in full through the Platform. For any off-platform price changes or cash payments, we will not accept claims or provide compensation if property damage or workmanship issues occur.
Our support team may call customers for follow-ups and conduct quality spot checks on orders.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Summit Home Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the fees you paid us for that job in the prior 12 months.
8. Acceptable use
You may not upload unlawful content, harass professionals or staff, attempt to bypass payments, or misuse OTP or payment systems.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
