Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Opa Pro is operated by Summit Home Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”, “Platform”). By using opapro.com or our apps, you agree to these Terms.

2. What we provide

We connect homeowners with independent home-repair professionals. We provide AI-assisted photo estimates and exclusive job matching tools.

Independent technicians are not our employees. You hire the named professional directly; Opa Pro is a referral marketplace only.

3. Reference quotes are not final prices

Reference quotes (system estimates) are generated from your photos and description. Final price, scope, and timeline are confirmed only after an on-site inspection by the assigned professional.

Do not treat a reference quote as a guaranteed fixed price unless clearly labeled as a fixed-price plan and confirmed in writing after inspection.

4. Orders and payment

When you submit a job, you authorize us to share job details (including photos, description, and contact information) with one matched independent professional.

Opa Pro does not employ technicians. Payment for work is between you and the professional unless you voluntarily use optional in-app payment tools.

You agree to provide accurate contact and property information.

5. Cancellations and no-shows

You may cancel before a professional is dispatched subject to any deposit policy shown at checkout. Repeated no-shows or abuse may result in account restrictions.

6. Per-job GL coverage perk

When a verified professional accepts your job through Opa Pro, we may provide a complimentary general-liability (GL) certificate for that visit as a marketing perk. Claims are handled by the insurer, not by Opa Pro.

Opa Pro does not guarantee workmanship. The professional you hire is responsible for their work, licensing, and insurance.

For work that may require a state or local trade license, verify the pro's credentials before work begins.

Off-platform payments or scope changes may void access to platform perks and records for that job.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Summit Home Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the fees you paid us for that job in the prior 12 months.

8. Acceptable use

You may not upload unlawful content, harass professionals or staff, attempt to bypass payments, or misuse OTP or payment systems.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
